Self-taught artist Geneviève Ruel has been pursuing her passion as a theater actress since the early 1990s. Her main accomplishments remain the creation of theatrical and musical shows.

Since 2012, she has toured libraries in the Quebec City and Chaudière-Appalaches regions to present her solo shows. Geneviève also participates in several major events, including the "Médévales" festival in Quebec City. At the heart of her performances shines a rare star: the barrel organ. This mechanical instrument immerses us in a magical world: its impressive sounding cards. Her music transports us through time, featuring classics from our traditional French and Quebec songs.

Let yourself be carried away by Geneviève: her voice, her charisma, and her joie de vivre. Come meet her and see for yourself why she is described as "captivating."

For twenty-five years, Steve Normandin has performed on stages large and small around the world, his accordion as his constant companion. In addition to his work as a songwriter and performer, he has lent his talents as an accompanist to the benefit of major artists in Quebec song, music, and theater, including Clémence Des Rochers, Marie Michèle Desrosiers, Raymond Lévesque and Robert Lepage.

In June 2023, the singer-musician, along with Hungarian collector László Pusztai, published a book entitled "Édith Piaf: The Unknown Icon". A Catalogue of her works 1935-2023." This book was released on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the famous singer's death, alongside the creation of a new show featuring Édith Piaf's forgotten or little-known songs.

Since 2021, Steve Normandin has been responsible for programming at the Carrefour mondial de l'accordéon in Montmagny, Quebec. He also collaborated on the development of the Accordion Museum's new exhibition, "From La Bolduc to the Cowboys fringants: the accordion in Quebec song."
